Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the PHOENIX SISTER CITIES COMMISSION and to the general public, that the EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE held a meeting open to the public on November 6, 2008 at 10:45 a.m. located in Conference Room 301, 3^rd Floor, Historic City Hall, 17 S. 2^nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
