CITY OF PHOENIX
 POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARD

 

Pursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the poST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARD and to the general public, that the POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARD held a meeting open to the public on August 14, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. located in Room 100, 1^st Floor, Personnel Department Building, 135 North 2^nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.

 

One or more members of the Post Employment Health Plan Board may participate via teleconference call.

Approved	2.	Approval of the Minutes from the June 19, 2008 Meeting.   This item is for discussion and action.	Alton Washington

Plan Administrator’s Quarterly Report on Nationwide Retirement Solutions’ Services related to PEHP including status updates regarding: ● Annual Business and Education Plan Goals ● Contractual Performance Standards ● Statistics Regarding Participant Contributions, Claims, and Distributions ● Quarterly Revenue Reconciliation, Summary of Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP) Assets.   This item is for information and possible action. Staff update and recommendation of a vendor, pending reference checks, to provide contracted investment consulting services for the city’s 457 and 401(a) Plans and Post Employment Health Plan (PEHP) for a minimum of three years starting in October of 2008.   This item is for discussion and action.
