POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARDPursuant to A.R.S. Section 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the poST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARD and to the general public, that the POST EMPLOYMENT HEALTH PLAN bOARD held a meeting open to the public on August 14, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. located in Room 100, 1st Floor, Personnel Department Building, 135 North 2nd Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona.
One or more members of the Post Employment Health Plan Board may participate via teleconference call.
