Transportation Program
Reserve-A-Ride provides specialized, door-to-door transportation for the elderly, age 60 and over; and certified disabled individuals, age 18 and over, for transportation to senior centers, medical appointments, social service agencies and shopping. All vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
Reserve-A-Ride's primary responsibility is to provide transportation to and from city of Phoenix senior centers. After completing trips to the senior centers, other trip requests are accommodated whenever possible.
If you are registered with Reserve-A-Ride, call two working days in advance of your trip request to 602-262-4501. Reservations are taken from
8 to 11 a.m. Monday to Friday.
If you are not registered and need a ride, you must call 602-262-4400, 8 a.m. to
5 p.m. Monday to Friday to register.
If you are disabled, a medical professional must fax a statement indicating your disability to 602-534-4252 prior to receiving services. A copy of your disability certification card also can be used to verify your disability.
