Provides a $15,000 loan to use toward closing costs and down payment to purchase a newly improved foreclosed home ready for "move in" and available for sale in specific city of Phoenix ZIP codes.

Provides a loan of up to $40,000 for eligible home improvements in addition to a $15,000 loan to use toward closing costs and down payment on a foreclosed home needing repair within specified ZIP codes in the city of Phoenix. Homeownership Assistance
Provides a $15,000 loan to use toward closing costs and down payment for eligible buyers of foreclosed homes anywhere within the city of Phoenix limits.

An Energy Star Plus washer and dryer are included when you purchase a home (Move-In Ready or Home Improvement Program) located within the Special Interest Areas (refer to program maps); plus agents receive a 1% bonus on Move-In Ready homes in these areas.
