If you are flying from Phoenix directly to an international destination or are returning from a trip abroad and your first stop is the Valley of the Sun, Terminal 4 is your point of departure or arrival. A number of domestic flights also arrive and depart from Terminal 4, Sky Harbor’s newest and most expansive terminal.
