The Rental Car Center
This facility, located at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle South, accommodates all airport rental car companies, their rental counters and vehicles. The facility is open 24 hours, seven days per week.
Upon arrival in Phoenix, please proceed to the airport curb at the baggage claim level. Look for the Rental Car Shuttle pick up area, which takes passengers to the center. All rental car counters are located in the Rental Car Center.
Rental car companies use a common, multi-colored “Rental Car Shuttle” bus. Individual rental car company buses are a thing of the past.
To Access the Rental Car Center
- From I-10 east: Use the Washington/Jefferson St. Exit 148. Go south (straight) on the frontage road to Sky Harbor Circle South and turn right. Follow the signs to the facility.
- From I-10 west: Use the Buckeye Road Exit 149 and turn left on Buckeye Road. Take Buckeye Rd. to Sky Harbor Circle south and turn left. Follow the signs to the facility.
- From the airport: Follow the signs for the Rental Car Center through the airport to the facility.

There are a number of other car rental companies that do not have counters in the Rental Car Center. Van pick-up for customers of those companies is available at the Rental Car Center as well. Please take the common Rental Car Shuttle.
