Please be advised, the City of Phoenix does not provide financial assistance to start-up businesses. However, that does not mean we cannot assist you in finding available financial resources. The Small Business Assistance Program, operating from the Community and Economic Development Department, works closely with our financial partners. As financial programs change frequently, please contact them if you wish to inquire of any financial programs targeting start-up businesses.
