Leadership Committee

PlanPHX Leadership Committee ​​

The PlanPHX 2025 Leadership Committee is a 16-member committee appointed by the Mayor to guide the update of the City's General Plan.  The Committee along with Planning and Development Department staff are charged with collaborating with the Mayor, City Council, Planning Commission, Village Planning Committees, and other community stakeholders throughout the process.  Specifically, the Committee will focus on three endeavors:

• Analysis: Provide the project team feedback on the existing General Plan and identify areas in need of update.
• Outreach: Identify and connect community stakeholders to provide their insight on the update.
• ​Support: Assist the Mayor, City Council and staff in the circulation and presentation of the updated General Plan in preparation for the election in November 2024.​
