Meet your supervisor

Managing Director Samantha Bartram

After completing an internship for the Phoenix Film Foundation, I returned for several years in a volunteer leadership role or as a seasonal employee for the organization before enthusiastically accepting my current position as Managing Director. Since my first experience with the Foundation, I quickly discovered a passion for the mission and an appreciation for the amazing team that works tirelessly to support the organization’s vision of the importance of independent filmmaking. I value the experience I have gained through my own development as a leader of this organization and believe in providing a fun work environment that encourages voicing new ideas that will further the mission of the Foundation.
