Among those in attendance will be Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, Police Chief Jeri Williams, elected leaders and city leadership.<br><br>The community is asked to arrive early, and be prepared that the event may last several hours. Attendees are welcome to bring clear water bottles into the event. <strong>No other liquids, backpacks, large bags or signs will be allowed inside the sanctuary</strong>.
