Background Information
On Dec. 5, 2018, Urban Phoenix Project Recall PAC filed Recall Petition RC-2-18 in the office of the Phoenix City Clerk, to recall District 7 Council Member Michael Nowakowski.

To be certified sufficient, Chapter XVII, Section 3 of the City of Phoenix Charter requires this Recall Petition to have 1,337 valid signatures of registered voters residing in Council District 7.
