In conjunction with City, County and State partners, and guided by the direction of public health authorities, the Phoenix Municipal Court has taken the following steps in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- City staff and custodial vendors have increased cleaning efforts in city facilities, including the Court, targeting surfaces like elevator buttons, handrails, bathroom handles, fixtures and doors.
- Court employees have been reminded about preventative actions such as staying home when sick, covering coughs and sneezes, frequent handwashing, and disinfecting surfaces to help reduce the potential threat of spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
- Signage has been placed throughout the Court with Centers for Disease Control (“CDC") recommended reminders about how to protect oneself.
