Qualifying use of funds include working capital, acquisition or refinancing of commercial real estate, and purchase of equipment or other assets.
Small Business Administration (SBA) - Loan Clinic The SBA Loan Clinic provides skills to approach lenders, find interested bankers and improve capital acquisition success. The clinics are held on the first Wednesday of every month from 9am – 11am at the SBA’s District Office.
