Assisted Public Housing

​Do I qualify for Conventional Public Housing?

The City of Phoenix owns and operates four apartment communities in the downtown area.  Apartments range in size from 1 to 5 bedrooms. Single persons and families of low income who are below the maximum income limit may qualify. Adult family members must pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable rental history. Applicants must not owe any money to any housing program in the United States. The income limits are:
