As landlords, you provide a very valuable housing service to those who participate in the Section 8 program. We want you to know how much we appreciate your partnership with the Housing Department.
We are happy to announce an additional service that we hope will prove to be of great help to you as you manage your property and tenants. Effective immediately, you will have access to an online system that offers faster access to your payment information and allows you to view a list of the payments you have received recently and for the past several months, as well. Please note that you will also no longer receive paper statements with your housing assistant payments. This new service is administered by the Section 8 program and there is no fee to access your payment information.

You will need to call either 602-534-1974 or 602-261-8871 for a temporary password to get you started. Once you have logged in you will be prompted to enter a new password. This password will be required when accessing the system in the future.
Use the boxes to the right side of the screen to log into the system using your tax identification number (social security number or employer identification number) and the temporary password.
