The main Communications Office is centralized in the City Manager's Office and supports several city departments.  There are, however, other departments that have their own dedicated public information staff located within their organizations.

Parking for Media Events

The city department hosting a "live shot," news conference or media event involving special parking needs will work with the media through the department's public information officer to establish a safe area to park.

Media not requiring the establishment of a "live shot" signal are advised to park at a meter or in a public parking garage; posted rates and parking laws are enforced.
