That was Don.</div><div><br></div><div>Don’s imprint is all around us. He drove quality developments and successful community initiatives through his two decades of leadership at the Phoenix Community Alliance, service on the Phoenix Planning Commission, our Industrial Development Authority, Valley Partnership, the Discovery Triangle and numerous other roles that advanced K-12 and higher education. I particularly admired his passion for Fresh Express, a mobile grocery store that alleviates food deserts by delivering fresh produce in under-served neighborhoods. </div><div><br></div><div>For Don, making Phoenix a great city was not a spectator sport.  His work has left a lasting impact on our lives and community. Phoenix is grateful, and his family and loved ones have our deepest condolences.”</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align:center;">-30 - </div></div>1/26/2017 11:15:00 PMRobbie Sherwood480-246-7944
