The program supports the general operations of Phoenix-based arts and cultural organizations, as well as festival and arts learning projects. The deadline for applications in all categories is <strong>March 30, 2016.</strong></p><p>The purpose of the Community Arts Grants Program is to expand the availability of arts and cultural activities throughout all sectors of the city of Phoenix; to promote cultural diversity; and to foster programmatic and organizational support for artists representing all cultural traditions.
