Councilman Bill Gates Hosting North 32nd Community Bike Ride and FestivalCouncilman Bill Gates Hosting North 32nd Community Bike Ride and Festival<div class="ExternalClassD55B4EFC74D046CA9D46A510A4480AC2"><p>Phoenix City Councilman Bill Gates is hosting the North 32<sup>nd</sup> "Cruisin with Bill Gates" Community Bike Ride and Festival on March 21 from 8 a.m. to noon at Shea Plaza, 10629 N. 3nd St. (northeast corner of Shea and N. 32<sup>nd</sup>). The free family event will feature fun activities including a bike rodeo, raffle giveaways for a new bike and other items, and a family friendly neighborhood bike ride.  <br><br>Safety is a big feature of the event with a bike rodeo to provide a refresher on the rules of the road,  bike helmets for kids ages 5-18 (while supplies last), free car seat checks and a bicycle safety inspection booth. Residents also can check out free community information and resource booths. "Cruisin with Bill Gates" is an official FitPHX event.<br><br>The family-friendly community bike ride sets off at 9 a.m. for a cruise through the adjoining neighborhood.
