She speaks with Recreation Coordinator Tony Salinas and some teen participants about PHXTeens, a new citywide effort to offer programs that appeal particularly to teens ages 13 to 17. The program is designed to introduce teens to cultural, social, and recreational opportunities to develop positive community connections and make more informed lifestyle choices.
