Councilwoman Laura Pastor Celebrates New Little Free Library in Latest Video SegmentCouncilwoman Laura Pastor Celebrates New Little Free Library in Latest Video Segment<div class="ExternalClass29A3BD9F43A14F269EA1A4531E658FD4"><p>​In her latest “On Location” video segment, Councilwoman Laura Pastor is on location in District 4 at Roy’s Barber Shop to discuss early literacy programs that are part of Phoenix’s My Brother’s Keeper efforts. She talks with the city’s MBK Coordinator Martin Whitfield to learn more about the Little Free Libraries, Barbershop Books and other efforts to get all kids reading at grade level by 3rd grade. Roy’s was the latest local business to add a Little Free Library to provide improved community access to books for children.
