She visits with local artist and writer Keri and Paul Mosier as two District 4 residents that are contributing to the local business economy. Paul is a writer set to publish his first book in 2017 and Keri is a jewelry designer. Frances Boutique carries Keri’s jewelry and a revered blend of unique clothing, jewelry, paper goods and handmade gifts.
