My thanks go out to our local trained professionals in public safety and law enforcement who quickly responded to the situation.

This tragedy is an unfortunate reminder of many similar incidents that happen everywhere around our country, far too often. We as a community have the power and the ability to confront the problem of domestic violence, and can see to it that no more deaths needlessly occur because of it. I call on others to take action and stop lives from being taken.

If you or anyone you know is currently struggling with the effects of a violent relationship, urge them to get help right away. No one deserves to live in fear of someone who claims to love them, and no one deserves to be harmed as a result. Together we can help each other, and help save lives."

City of Phoenix Domestic Violence Information #PaintPhoenixPurple

12/27/2017 10:00:00 PMNick Valenzuela602-495-5405
