I'm proud of our recent Phoenix City Council vote to join the 90-90-90 effort aimed at ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2030. It shows that we're committed to being a global leader in strengthening and leveraging all of our resources to reach this goal.<br><br>On a personal level, we can all use World AIDS Day to commit to doing what we can to end the stigma surrounding HIV and AIDS.
