In Latest #yesphx Segment, Councilman Daniel Valenzuela Highlights TEALS Program In Latest #yesphx Segment, Councilman Daniel Valenzuela Highlights TEALS Program <div class="ExternalClassC97630FACFE540FF9FC66257E6A6C83D"><div>On his latest segment of #yesphx, Councilman Valenzuela profiles the TEALS (Technology Education and Literacy in Schools) program, which helps high schools build sustainable computer science programs by pairing trained computer science professional from the tech industry with classroom teachers to team-teach computer science in schools throughout the U.S. The program was started by a Microsoft employee in 2009 and fully embraced by the company in 2011.
