In her ruling, Judge Diane Humetewa repeated her conclusion that freeway opponents are not likely to succeed in their ongoing legal battle against this important project should they choose to continue their appeals.<br><br>Today's ruling is a good opportunity to remember that this freeway project is backed by years of study and multiple approvals by voters. It will be a huge economic development driver throughout the Valley, and I'm excited that construction can continue on this vital project.
