The new process requires a 30 calendar day waiting period for demolition permits for commercial buildings 50 years or older or all buildings that have been identified as individually eligible for historic designation. I supported this measure because it's a common sense step that strikes a balance between our need to be careful with our architectural history and our responsibility to promote economic growth and positive re-development. This measure reflects a Team Phoenix approach that took all viewpoints into consideration so we can promote development that recognizes our past and looks to the future."</td></tr></tbody></table></div>11/3/2016 11:00:00 PMDavid Urbinato602-495-5405
