Knipe House and redevelopment of the surrounding properties.<br></p><div>I am proud of the work the community put forward in this effort. It is truly a win for all involved. Not only will the Knipe House be renovated and preserved but the redevelopment project will provide new creative office space, district parking, housing and ground-floor retail, and commercial space for Downtown Phoenix.<br></div><div><br></div><div>This sale will generate approximately $151 million in new capital investment, new construction and tax revenues. At build-out it will add 2,300 Downtown jobs.
