Phoenix Sister Cities Teach Abroad Application Deadline Approaching
<div class="ExternalClass23753E9217ED46BD96D215995F5FB9B1"><p>The application deadline for the Phoenix Sister Cities Teach Abroad Program is Friday, Feb. 10. Adults 21 and older, currently residing in the greater Phoenix area, with a four-year degree are invited to apply to serve as Assistant Language Teachers in Himeji, Japan for the 2017-2018 academic year.</p><p>A sense of adventure is required, familiarity with the Japanese language is not. This is a unique international employment opportunity, which welcomes applicants from all college majors. Individuals who are Native English speakers or have equivalent fluency, with or without teaching experience who enjoy a structured school environment are encouraged to apply. </p><p>All participants will be recognized as an employee of the Himeji Board of Education and receive a monthly salary, a newly-built, city-owned, western-styled apartment offered in both single and family sizes (prices vary), health insurance provided by the Himeji Board of Education including National Health, Employment, Pension and Accident Insurance.
