Public Meeting for Bicycle Lanes on Adams and Jefferson StreetsPublic Meeting for Bicycle Lanes on Adams and Jefferson Streets<div class="ExternalClass544DF0BD939D455FABAC1C904A427A88"><p>The city of Phoenix Street Transportation Department is hosting a public meeting on Thursday, May 11, to present information about the bicycle lanes planned for Adams and Jefferson streets between 19th and 27th avenues. These bicycle lanes are proposed as part of the council approved bicycle master plan, which helps advance a connected bicycle transportation network that makes bicycling safer and easier throughout Phoenix. <br> <br>To accommodate the bicycle lanes, a vehicular travel lane is proposed to be removed from Adams Street between 19th and 27th avenues and the maintained vehicular travel lanes on Jefferson Street between 19th and 27th avenues will be narrowed.    <br> <br>The public meeting will be held from <strong>6 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, May 11, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 320 N. 20th Dr</strong>.
