Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Remington has developed an affinity for the beautiful and unique Sonoran Desert through frequent hiking and desert photography. He has channeled this inspiration in combination with his passion of fashion to design and handcraft accessories made of sustainable cactus leather. Taking cues from the ethos of designers like Rick Owens and Martin Margiela, along with the quality standards of Hermès, Remington Reble strives to create unique and Avant Garde alternative leather accessories that are completely hand-stitched in-house. We have masks available for those who need them.</p> <p>--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------</p> <p> <strong>Explore the Ancient Heart of Phoenix</strong> </p> <p>Pueblo Grande Museum is a 1,500-year-old archaeological site once inhabited by the Ancestral Sonoran Desert People (Hohokam). Voted a Phoenix Point of Pride and listed as a National Historic Landmark, the Museum offers two accessible interpretive trails on the prehistoric village site. Visitors view a platform mound, ballcourt and irrigation canals. Indoor exhibits feature artifacts from the site and hands-on activities for kids. The museum provides preservation, education, and collaborative interpretation of the cultural history of the Phoenix area and is managed by the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department.</p> <p>Throughout the year, Pueblo Grande Museum has programming for adults, children, and families, which include archaeology classes for kids, arts and crafts workshops, hikes, and lectures.  The Museum also holds annual events, such as the Indian Market, children's summer programs, a Native Art & Rug Auction, Ancient Technology Day and more to please all ages and interests! On July 27, 2021, the CDC updated that guidance to require masking indoors in communities with substantial or high virus transmission rates, regardless of vaccination status. Effective Monday, August 2, 2021​, masks are required in all city buildings. It features more than 200 major public art projects created throughout Phoenix by the city’s award-winning Public Art Program. <br></div> <div> <br> </div> <div>Each point on the map contains a description highlighting key information about the artist and project. The works range from pedestrian bridges, underpasses, streetscapes, community water facilities and canal projects to monumental indoor and outdoor sculptures, and artist-designed terrazzo floors and installations at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. </div> <div> <br> </div> <div>“Art is everywhere, and now Phoenix residents and visitors have the opportunity to explore the city’s public art collection,” said Mitch Menchaca, director of the Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture. “They can visit these iconic pieces or learn about them without having to leave home.
