​​​​​​​​​​​​2016 ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Natural and Cultural Resource Regulatory Compliance Workshop​​​​​​​


The Natural and Cultural Resource Regulatory Compliance Workshop was held on October 11, 2016 and was attended by environmental consultants either currently doing business with the City of Phoenix or interested in doing business with the City of Phoenix. The purpose of the workshop was to communicate the City’s expectations of its consultants who work on issues or projects that involve environmental considerations such as the Clean Water Act, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the Endangered Species Act, and other biological and cultural laws and regulations. This workshop is held once every two years and also includes invited speakers from regulatory and other partner agencies.
