Cortez Pool
Location: 3434 West Dunlap Ave.

Project includes the design and construction of a new swimming facility. Design includes slide, play features and lap swim pool.

Camelback Mountain Echo Canyon Trailhead

Deem Hills Artificial Turf Replacement
Location: 5050 W. Andrea Lane

The artificial turf at the goal areas will be replaced  on both soccer fields with natural sod.

Anticipated completion by September 2013.

Encanto Park
Location: 2605 N. 15th Avenue

Project includes replacement of perimeter fence, ramada  new additions, irrigation improvements, updated playground, new tennis courts, volleyball and racketball court resurfacing.

August project update: The new restroom for picnic area is in fabrication in Texas and should be delivered in September. The renovation of the existing restroom at the softball complex is nearly c0m0lete and it should be open to the public next month. Work on the new recreation center is progressing quickly with the roofing nearly complete which allows interior work to begin in earnest. Sod was installed this month in affected construction areas.
