The 1895 Rosson House is an outstanding example of Victorian Queen Anne/Eastlake architecture, and was one of the most prominent homes in Phoenix in its heyday. The house has been authentically restored to turn-of-the-century grandeur. The Rosson House is available as a rental space for small parties. Its spiraling staircase and grand foyer provide a lovely and memorable setting for a wedding ceremony or intimate gathering. The front steps of the home is another ideal setting for small get-togethers or charming photo opportunities.
The Lath Pavilion is an architectural award-winning outdoor structure modeled after a Victorian botanical conservatory. The shape and size of the pavilion allows for a small party or a banquet of 500. The pavilion contains a lush arboretum and a decorative arch perfect for ceremonies. The space is ideal for dining, dancing, entertainment and more. Brick walkways, green grass, rosebushes and trees surround the area to give it a picturesque, peaceful feeling in the heart of Phoenix's vibrant downtown.
Indoor meeting rooms are also available and can accommodate up to 40 people.
The Rosson House, Lath House and Lath Pavilion are ADA accessible, with nearby street parking, and ample pay parking in the adjacent Heritage Garage. A catering kitchen is available on-site.
