Step-2:

After completing Step-1, you will be placed on a notification list that will ensure you receive instructions for applying to be included on the Parks and Recreation Department's Recreation Class Instructor "Qualified Vendor List (QVL)".

Applications for the QVL are generally accepted once a year, in April or May.

You will receive an e-mail with information regarding the QVL application process approximately 30 days prior to when applications will be accepted.

To ensure that you don't miss out, make sure when completing Step-1 that you use a valid, regularly checked, e-mail address.

Once your application has been received, reviewed and accepted, you will be included on the QVL; making you eligible to be contracted as a class instructor by any City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation program coordinator.

Please Note:
Inclusion on the QVL is not permanent. To remain on the list it is recommended that you re-apply each time applications are being accepted.
