The City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department in partnership with the Arizona State Land Department has initiated a General Plan Amendment and rezoning application for approximately 78 acres of land at the southeast corner of 7th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road.
The proposed General Plan Amendment, GPA-DV-3-20-1 would amend the General Plan Land Use Map for the application area to Mixed Use (Commerce / Business Park / Industrial).
The rezoning request, Z-68-20, would rezone the area to a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that would permit a mix of industrial and commerce park uses. The following is a link to the submitted PUD narrative.
