Types of Permits Available

Limited one- and two-family unit residential building permits are available online. Commercial permits must be obtained in person at the Development Center. You are responsible to ensure the permit you get is for the work specified. If the inspector arrives on the job site and finds the work to be beyond what the permits is issued for, you will receive a "Stop Work" notice and be required to obtain the correct permit(s). Refunds will not be given for the original incorrect permit.
