Exhibitor Instructions
There will be signs indicating where exhibitors should enter
(one street North of Glenrosa Ave.) and where you can unload before parking.
There will also be a couple of volunteers out there to direct you to the
unloading area and the parking area. Please do not leave your vehicle parked in
the loading/unloading area.
Please check-in at the “Exhibitor Check-In” table to the
left of the main entrance before going to your assigned table.
All exhibitors should plan to arrive no earlier than 8 a.m.
and prepare to be ready by 9 a.m. If your exhibit takes over an hour to set up,
please contact Brandi Hall at brandi.hall@phoenix.gov,
602-256-5669, directly to make arrangements.
Once again, you will be provided with one table and two
chairs, unless you have made other arrangements with us. Please bring your own
canopy (no larger than 10 x 10) for shade or other sun protection, water, and
cordless chargers for your phones or tablets, if needed. Internet access is not
available, so you will need to use a hot spot on your phone if internet is
necessary for your exhibit. Exhibitors will be responsible for properly
disposing any/all recycled material and waste from their booth at designated
areas. We encourage the use of compostable and recyclable materials. This
is a Zero Waste and bottle-free event.
