Summit Outcomes
The task force drafted a report of their recommendations for the first goal of the Technology Summit - Improve the City's Internal Technology. On January 8, 2015, the Task Force met and finalized the report, which was presented to, and approved by, the City Council Finance, Efficiency, Economy and Sustainability Subcommittee (FEES) on February 18, 2015. The FEES also directed city staff to develop a plan to implement the recommendations contained in the final report, relating to improving the city's use of technology.
Recommendations on the second goal of the summit, Advance Technology for Economic Development, will be delivered separately at a later date.
