This project entails various enhancements to improve mobility for all users of the roadway, plus installation of new stormwater infrastructure. When completed, 107th Avenue will feature two traffic lanes in each direction, a center turn lane, bicycle lanes and new energy-efficient light-emitting diode (LED) street lights. In addition, new sidewalks and shade trees will be installed on the east side on 107th Avenue to create a safer and more pleasant pedestrian experience. This project also includes a new public art feature on the east side of 107th Avenue near the entrance to Dust Devil Park.
