The Artist has created a project that integrates the natural environment with commercial landscaping. Using colors and tones of the rock of Camelback Mountain, the artwork blends neighboring businesses with natural stone designs to create a pleasing view for residents.

The project includes enhancements to the vehicular overpass where Camelback crosses over the I-17 highway. Patterned sidewalks and repeated stone structures with aluminum designs follow a walkway from the bridge into the adjacent streets, connecting the industrial image of a highway with the desert environment.

When asked to describe her favorite part of working on this project, Grygutis replied "I was moved by the enthusiasm of those in the neighborhood. They exhibited sincerity and a desire for art. They were very open to ideas." From the beginning, the community participated in the project, eager to be part of the process that would add to their environment and create public art that truly serves its public.
