Yusuf Dirow
Chloe Baldwin – earned her Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Urban Management from Arizona State University. She has experience working in the non-profit field including working for CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She also has experience in local government as an intern for the City of Peoria in the City Manager's Office and the Finance and Budget Office, and as a Marvin Andrews Fellow at ASU completing research requests for municipalities around the state of Arizona. Although she is originally from Texas, Chloe received her Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Arkansas. In her spare time, she enjoys walking and hiking with her two dogs, and trying new restaurants in Phoenix. 

Nina Fader
Kathleen “Kat" Consador – holds a Master in Global Management in Global Affairs from Thunderbird School of Global Management. While at Thunderbird, she led real-world consulting projects for the U.S. Embassy in Peru, the UNDP in Kenya, and the World Petroleum Council. She concurrently held a Junior Fellowship for the Executive Office at EastWest Institute, providing logistical, administrative, and research support during significant organizational change. Before business school, Kat gained eight years of leadership and sales experience in the travel industry. She is currently a Senior Research Associate for Morgan Stanley contingent via RR Donnelley, where she conducts research for investment bankers worldwide in the healthcare and consumer goods sectors. Outside work, Kat volunteers for the Phoenix Committee in Foreign Relations (PCFR) Program Committee and is a part of the Desert Botanical Garden's Emerging Leadership Program. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University. 

Danielle Vermeer

Johnathan Gates – received his Master of Urban and Environmental Planning from Arizona State University. He served as the past President of the Arizona State Student Planning Association and is currently the American Planning Association Region 5 Student Officer representing 15 states and the Canada Western Provinces. He recently completed his internship with Valley Metro in the Capital, Service, and Development Division working alongside City of Phoenix to complete transit projects. Johnathan has always been interested in the public sector and is hoping to make the most of his experience as a fellow through exploring new career opportunities, meeting new people, and where he can make a positive impact on the City of Phoenix. Since moving here from Kansas, Johnathan has enjoyed the great weather (most of the year) allowing him to hike, ride his bike, and attend local food and music festivals. He is hopeful that his interest in urban policy, transportation, and development will serve him well in this role.
