Completing Rehab Work With The City of Phoenix Helps Support The Community

​The City of Phoenix requires contractors completing rehabilitation work to be registered with the Neighborhood Services' Approved Contractors List prior to being issued project bids. Contractors wanting to ​bid on City of Phoenix managed housing rehabilitation projects should complete an application. Program staff is available to answer questions regarding the approval process and how to receive bids.
