E-Scooter Pilot Program

Vendor Information

To participate in the pilot program and its extension, e-scooter companies must be granted a permit from the City of Phoenix Street Transportation Department. The window for vendor applications is now closed. The City of Phoenix is no longer accepting applications for e-scooter company permits.

If a scooter is parked improperly, or to report concerns, please call Phoenix's e-scooter hotline at 602-262-7474.

  • Vendors may leave scooters in the public right-of-way overnight so long as they are parked correctly in a designated parking location and non-operable.
