Missed Service Request Form

Use this service to request pickup if your trash/recycling container(s) were placed out, but did not get picked up on your collection day.  You also may call 602-262-7251 at any time for help if you experience difficulties completing this request online.  

Note: Your name must appear on the city utility bill for the address.

Please be aware that submitting this request online will not result in same-day pickup.  Customers are given one no-charge courtesy service request per year.  Additional requests for missed services will be $10 each, which will be added to your monthly bill.    

To do this request you need to:

  • Provide a valid Phoenix location. You will need to provide the street address for this service request, and it must be serviced by the city of Phoenix.
  • Provide an email address. Your email address is required so that we can send you a confirmation email including your reference number.
  • Call 602-262-7251 if your whole street was missed.

Your trash/recycle may not have been collected for a valid reason. Make sure that your request meets all the listed criteria below or we won't be able to collect your trash/recycle with a regular pickup request.

Before you submit this e-mail form, you should be aware of the City's policy on the use of its e-mail systems. The policy states that the e-mail message you are about to send: (1) is subject to public disclosure under the Public Records Law, (2) is not private or confidential and (3) is retained for 90 days.
