Use this service to request pickup if your trash/recycling container(s) were placed out, but did not get picked up on your collection day. You also may call 602-262-7251 at any time for help if you experience difficulties completing this request online.
Note: Your name must appear on the city utility bill for the address.
Please be aware that submitting this request online will not result in same-day pickup. Customers are given one no-charge courtesy service request per year. Additional requests for missed services will be $10 each, which will be added to your monthly bill.
