The Office of Heat Response and Mitigation is looking for an AmeriCorps Heat Resilience Project Intern and a Tree Equity Assistant Project Intern.
Heat Resilience Project Intern will serve in a multifaceted role, supporting the Heat Response Program Manager and Heat Resilience Project Management Assistant to assist with built environment heat mitigation projects and heat response and community outreach projects.
The Tree Equity Assistant Project Intern will be working with the urban forestry team in the Office of Heat Response and Mitigation to grow and sustain a healthy tree canopy in underserved neighborhoods in Phoenix.
