With the celebration of the one-year anniversary of the launch of the City Manager's Performance Dashboard, the Office of Innovation has begun the Dashboard Continuous Improvement Enhancement Project. The goal is to gather feedback from stakeholders, both internal and external, to better understand what is working well and identify potential enhancements for the next iteration of the dashboard.​

This survey is intended to help dashboard management staff collect feedback on your user experience. As a community stakeholder, your feedback is crucial to inform the continuous improvement of this tool and its impact in our community. The survey is made up of questions seeking to better understand how visitors use the tool and the type of information you are hoping to see in it, as well as other resources provided on the City's open data portal (data.phoenix.gov). This survey provides stakeholders with an opportunity to see ​data accessibility efforts at the City and should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
