The City of Phoenix Planning and Development Department in partnership with
the Arizona State Land Department has initiated a General Plan Amendment and
rezoning application for approximately 3,500 acres of land at the Northwest corner of Interstate 17 and the Loop 303.
The proposed General Plan Amendment, GPA-NG-1-20-1 would
amend the General Plan Land Use Map for the application area to a mix of
Commercial and Commerce / Business Park.
The rezoning request, Z-37-20, would rezone the area to a
Planned Unit Development (PUD) that would permit a mix of commerce park and
