To have water turned on, contact the Water Services Customer Services Division, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding city holidays, at 602-262-6251. (The best days to reach customer service are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays). You can also send an e-mail to email@example.com.
To arrange for trash and garbage collection, contact Solid Waste Customer Service at 602-262-7251 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Homeowners who receive city garbage collection are encouraged to participate in the citywide "Phoenix Recycles" program. Each home can have two storage containers - one black or green container for bagged and tied garbage and the other, a blue container, for recycling.
