Public Defender's Office
The City of Phoenix Public Defender’s Office is dedicated to protecting and defending the constitutional rights of our indigent clients.
We are located on the fourth floor of the Valdemar A. Cordova Municipal Court Building. We have 75 contract (private) attorneys filling 105 contracts and 13 public employees who are passionate in their quest for justice.

To provide the highest level of professional representation for all clients assigned to the Office of the Public Defender in an uncompromised and unapologetic manner.
